Climbers get better with other climbers. Runners stay motivated because of their run clubs. There's just something that happens when people pursuing their own thing do it in the presence of others pursuing theirs — an energy, a rhythm, an accountability that you can't manufacture alone.

Consistent, returnable gatherings where people show up, make things alongside each other, and come back to do it again. The things we take seriously enough to put on a calendar and protect.
Culture isn't something you find. It's what we grow together — when people practice consistently, not just for an audience, but for themselves, in the company of others doing the same.
